Creative Expressions – Andy Skinner Artist Pigment Paints – Paynes Grey – Water based matt translucent acrylic paint designed for craft and mixed media projects. They can be applied directly to any porous surface without the need to prime. These paints are great mediums for layering up the colour and creating backgrounds for stamping or Mixed Media Transfers. The paints can be applied with a brush, sponge or roller.
