This Art Spectrum Painting Medium No. 3 is thicker, heavier and more viscose than the leaner mediums, allowing you to work with paint as it dries.It can be used as the final medium layer in the lean to fat rule, giving you even tension throughout your painted layers. It can also be used as a levelling agent to give your art an even finish.
